The following are Indie Artists Alliance’s terms and conditions.

Registering your product with Indie Artists Alliance and making payment indicates your agreement with Indie Artists Alliance and these terms and conditions.

This agreement supersedes any prior agreement between you and Indie Artists Alliance.

Registration
The catalog number and bar code generated from this number remain the property of Indie Artists Alliance, however, the product registered remains the sole property of the rightful owner.

As you own full rights to your product, you may sign with any recording or distribution label as you see fit.

Non-Exclusive
You are granting Indie Artists Alliance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any product artwork, trademarks, service marks, trade names, names, or the like for the sole purpose of promoting your music on our web site and the marketing of your product for your benefit.
YOU, the owner maintain all ownership, copyrights, licenses, publishing, profits and/or royalties to their product. This agreement may be terminated at any time by notifying the other party by registered mail.

Copyright
The owner of the audio and/or video content maintains all ownership, copyrights, licenses, publishing, profits and/or royalties to their product.

You certify that the registered product(s) are yours to register and you are not violating or infringing on any third party contract, copyright, trademark, salesmark, trade secrets or privacy rights. This agreement is a contract between Indie Artists Alliance and you, a person representing you or a person or company acting as a legal representative for the film, band or artist for which product registration is made.

By registering with Indie Artists Alliance you declare that all information provided via online ordering is true and that all contents covered by this registration are properly licensed for replication under the terms of the original rights holder(s).

You further declare that you are the intellectual property holder for all contents indicated as being owned and the duplication was authorized. You do this in accordance with the Anti-Piracy Compliance Program procedures and standards of the International Recording Media Association (available at www.recordingmedia.org).

You certify that the registered product is yours to register and by registering it, it will not in any way violate or infringe on any third party's contract, copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, or privacy rights. You also certify that you have no oral or written obligations, contracts, or agreements of whatever nature entered into prior to this agreement which are now in force and binding and which would in any way interfere with carrying out this agreement to its full intent and purpose.

Artists are responsible for paying all mechanical royalties that may be due on album(s) being registered with Indie Artists Alliance and you certify that this has been done. Mechanical royalties are paid to the publisher or owner who's song(s) you have recorded and included on your own release. Please contact the Harry Fox Agency for a further explanation of mechanical royalties.

General Terms
The headings in this agreement are for reference only. This agreement shall be interpreted under California law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the state of California, Alameda County.

Right to Do Business
We have the right to refuse business to anyone. If we feel that we do not want our organization's name associated with a certain type of product we may decline providing product to you. We will not be associated with any company that promotes hate, violence, sexism or racism of any kind. We will not provide barcodes for pornographic materials.

You agree to hold harmless Indie Artist Alliance (IAA) or CDDVD Now and its successors, assigns, agents, and licensees from any claim, liability, cost and expense in connection with any claim, which is inconsistent with any agreement or representation made by Indie Artists Alliance. Also no warranties are made or implied on any registered products by Indie Artists Alliance. Products are registered "as is" and all warranties for products, if any, are the responsibility of you or your manufacturer.

Indie Artists Alliance is not liable for product content or any claim of liability caused by or related to product, In any case, Indie Artists Alliance shall only be obligated (and customer's exclusive remedy shall be) to provide customer with a full refund of all registration fees.
